The Mapping kit defines the 'Inline map' input format. If it is combined with the 'PEAR Wiki Filter', the 'Inline map' must be the 2nd filter on the 'Rearrange' tab. Similar when combined with the 'HTML filter', the 'Inline map' filter must be the last one.
